Dear AWWWsome client,

I noticed that our connection to the backbone was acting up again, so contacted PacBell. They acknowledge a problem with the circuit, and have established a priority response call to fix it.

I know that many of you are frustrated with some of the problems you have encountered lately.... I can sympathize with you.... this is frustrating for me also, especially when the problem is outside my span of control, and when several problems happen right after one another.

Thanks so much for hanging in with us through this. I am working on establishing redundant systems that should help get us thru situations like this.
